National Vice Chairman of the governing New Patriotic Party (NPP), Michael Owari Wadie has said that he would not discuss former President John Dramani Mahama because he is not worth his time.
According to Wadie, there are more pressing issues in the country worth discussing than focusing on Mahama.
He made this known on Happy FM’s ‘Epa Hoa Daben’ show, adding that “I have said that the way we regale things in this country is inappropriate. Anytime you go for a radio or TV panel discussion, the first topic you see, Mahama this, Mahama that. Mahama is not worth my time that I have to discuss him every day.”
He also opined that there are number of good policies that the NPP government has introduced that the general public needs to be educated on.
“Let’s not waste our time on him [Mahama], there are several things happening in the country that we need information and education on.”
Recruitment of 9,000 teachers, computer placement is going on what should we do to solve the issues surrounding it and double tracking is about to take off. As a nation what role should we play to make it successful. These are serious issues we should be focusing on not Mahama,” he stated.
