Police have arrested a Connecticut man they allege hacked into someone’s retirement account and stole more than $300,000.
The easy way of making money has eaten too deep into the skins of the youth of today.
Kwadjo Osei-Wusu of Manchester, Connecticut was arrested by the authorities for hacking into a retirement account and making away with $300,000 of someone else’s hard earned money.
Reports have it that he did hacking in 2014 and after which he constructed an elaborate scheme for the money to be withdrawn without drawing too much attention.
The stolen money was first deposited into several fraudulent accounts which were then later withdrawn and given to Kwadjo.
That was until he runs out of luck and was arrested last week. He has been arraigned before Court with these charges, money laundering, larceny and conspiracy to commit identity theft.
He’s being held on a $450000 bail.
