Happy FM’s Pastor Nyansa Boakwa, host of ‘Nsem Pii’, has been nominated for Radio development show host for the 2017-2018 Radio and Television Personality (RTP) Awards.
‘Nsem Pii’ is a religious, spiritual and social program on Happy FM. Some of the show’s social interventions in 2017 include raising funds through Nsem Pii’s resource persons and listeners to support a boy who drunk caustic soda that damaged his oesophagus and prevented him from eating or drinking. Another was helping a young lady suffered an acid bath from her boyfriend undergo surgery to correct the damage on her face and body.
Nyansah raised $4,000 through his show on Happy FM to support the young boy who had the corrective surgery needed to rectify the damage caused to his oesophagus.
Listeners of ‘Nsem Pii’ donated various sums of money to the tune of GH¢50,000 to support Henrietta Amoah after she narrated her horrific ordeal in an interview with Nyansah Boakwa.
Pastor Nyansah has touched many lives in diverse ways over the years and continues to do so with his ‘Nsem Pii’ shows.
