Liverpool Agree Record Fee For Egyptian Mohamed Salah

Liverpool have agreed a club-record fee which could reach £39million for Mohamed Salah, according to a report.
The Roma winger will become the club’s most expensive signing ever, topping the £35million they paid Newcastle for Andy Carroll in January 2011.
Goal report the deal could be announced within 48 hours with Salah set to sign a five-year contract worth around £90,000 a week.
“If there are no hindrances, his signing should be made official by June 22,” claims the report.
Liverpool are believed to have agreed a fee of around £35million up front with a further £4million related to bonuses and performance-related add-ons.
Liverpool’s initial bid of £28million was turned down, but the club have returned with a figure that Roma sporting director Monchi and club owner James Pallotta have agreed to.
As reported late night the 25-year-old will travel to london tonightand is expected to undergo a medical in the next 24 hours.
Salah will jet into Heathrow from Cairo at 9.05pm tonight, claimed Egyptian journalist Hady Elmedany.
