A member of the communication team of Zylofon Media, Sammy Flex has asked Ghanaians to back the project of Zylofon and support the brand.
He has also revealed that it had to take a substantial package to get celebrated dancehall artiste Stonebwoy onto their record label.
Speaking to Dr. Cann on Happy FM‘s Showbiz Xtra, Sammy Flex said the acquisition of Becca and Stonebwoy was going to project the others on the label and refused to reveal the details of their contracts.
“When we were signing Kumi Guitar, we didn’t hesitate to put out details of his contract. Becca and Stonebwoy also told us how they wanted me us to go with the communication on their signing. Kumi Guitar is not on the same level as Stonebwoy and it’s not like I’m disrespecting my artiste. to are at different levels in their music career. We wanted to make a statement. Anyone can try a guess at how much we gave Stonebwoy and Becca if you know what we gave Kumi Guitar. We brought the big artistes on board so that they can serve as a spring board for the other smaller acts. Ghanaians should help support the brand.” Sammy told Happy FM.
