Award-winning dance hall artiste Livingstone Etse Satekla aka Stonebwoy will marry his sweetheart on Friday, June 16, 2017 in Tema.

Little is known about the bride-to-be, Dr Louisa Kwakye Ansong.

Here are 6 things you should know about the soon-to-be ‘first lady’ of Bhim Nation.

  • She comes from a family of doctors

She is the 17th doctor in her family. Her father is a dentist. She recounted following her father to work and dreaming of following her father’s footsteps one day.

  • Her mother is a fashion designer.

  • She is an old student of SOS-Hermann Gmeiner College in Tema

In SOS-Hermann Gmeiner College she was the SRC General Secretary. She was also the head girl in her Primary and Junior High School.

  • She is an entrepreneur

She started a business in her second year of her tertiary education. At the Kwame Nkrumah University of Science and Technology, she started a fashion business called Dentsi. They make bags and shoes using African prints.

  • Dr. Louisa Kwakye Ansong graduated from KNUST in 2016

 She graduated as the Overall Best Student (Dental Surgery) from the KNUST. She also won 6 out of the 9 awards during the school’s graduation.

  • She is currently practicing as a dentist at the 37 Military Hospital

 She hopes to specialise in the near future.
