Sensational Ghanaian Division One campaigners Phar Rangers FC have signed a three-year cooperation agreement with newly crowned Belarusian Cup Champions Dynamo Brest.
The agreement will ensure the sharing of technical knowledge between the two partners which will see Phar Rangers send some of their technical team members to Belarus to upgrade their knowlege with Brest also sending some of their technical team members to study the workings of the African players in their natural environment.
As part of the cooperation agreement, both clubs will play friendly games in both Ghana and Belarus while Brest will offer invitation to two Phar Rangers players each year to Belarus for trials.
Both Brest and Phar Rangers will jointly establish an academy in Ghana to nurture talents.
President of Phar Rangers FC, Nana Yaw Amponsah expressed his elation at the prospects of this cooperation agreement.
“I am very excited about the potential of this cooperation and hope it will help take Phar Rangers to the next stage of our rapid development.” Nana Yaw Amponsah said.
President of Brest, Alexander Zaytsev said he is pleased with the output of the players from Ghana in Brest so far and hope this cooperation will bring more of such results.
