Black Stars Management Committee member, J.Y Appiah has advised the Football Association to relieve Isaac Addo off his position as acting General secretary of the association if he is culpable of the charge of sexual harassment leveled against him by FIFA.
According to Mr. Appiah who is a former chairman of the Ghana League Clubs Association (GHALCA) believes the reputation of the association is at stake and hence it will be imperative for Mr. Addo to be sacked from his role if he is indeed complicit in all the allegations hurled at him.
Mr. Appiah stated that he was treating it as a rumour since he’s not been furnished with any substantial details of the case hence his cautious demeanor.
“As it stands, I still see it as a rumour but should it happen that he was involved in acts of sexual harassment, then I think he should be sacked from his role at the Ghana Football Association because the reputation of the association is at stake.” Mr. J.Y Appiah said.
