Hundreds of football fans in and around Madina received their share of the Happy FM & Cowbell Choco-malt live screening of the Africa Cup of Nations when they were presented with the Ghana-DR Congo and Egypt- Morocco quarter-finals games on a giant screen at the Zongo Junctions.
Patrons who stormed the Zongo Junction were treated to some good music, dancing competitions and brain teasers coupled with live commentary and analysis from the Happy FM crew which included former Hearts of Oak skipper Yaw Amankwah Mireku.
Ghana eventually won the first game of the day after goals from Jordan and Andre Ayew gave the Black Stars a 2-1 victory.
Egypt also edged past Herve Renard’s Morocco 1-0 in the second game of the day.
